Our story is simple....
Smoke’N Fire started in 2023 with a small food trailer and a big idea. I wanted to create something that honored both my Mexican and African American roots and share the flavors and traditions that I grew up with. In my family, food has always been the center of everything. Cookouts, gatherings, and meals around the table were how we connected, celebrated, and took care of one another. I wanted to continue to spread that experience to my friends and community.
As the trailer began to grow and more people found us, I kept thinking about how nice it would be if great home-style meals were already taken care of after a long day. That idea turned into our meal prep service, making it easier for people to enjoy quality, flavorful food without the stress of cooking.
Not long after that, an unexpected opportunity came our way. A good friend of ours (who is now our General Manager), called when her wedding caterer cancelled at the last minute. We stepped in to help, and that single event opened a door we never saw coming. Catering quickly became a major part of what we do, allowing us to bring Smoke’N Fire to weddings, parties, and gatherings of all kinds. It also gave my wife, Ally, a space to shine in her own way by expanding our offerings into charcuterie and event coordination.
Now, as we take the next step in our journey with the opening of our café, we’re excited to keep growing, keep sharing our food, and keep bringing people together.
As we embark on this new chapter, we can’t wait to continue updating our story and growing within this amazing community.
